Ошибка caseChanger (решено)

Перестал caseChanger работать, не подскажите, как исправить можно?

P.S. В сниппете заменить строку
$xml = simplexml_load_file('http://api.morpher.ru/WebService.asmx/GetXml?s='. $w);
на
$xml = simplexml_load_file('http://ws3.morpher.ru/russian/declension?s='. $w);
