Ошибка при обновлении Tickets до версии 1.11.2-pl

Всем привет!
При обновлении Tickets до версии 1.11.2-pl процесс зависает на следующей строке:

В менеджере пакетов Tickets 1.11.2-pl висит в статусе «Не установлен».
Форма TicketComments на сайте работает, комментарии добавляются.
Переход на более производительный тариф результата не дал.
В чем может быть проблема?
