В итоге заработал вариант

в чем может быть дело? почему по всему сайту поменялись парамтеры?

тут бубен пора мне доставать)))

тут как и раньше пусто в атрибуте href

А тут атрибуте href не пусто, выводится нужная ссылка, но зато пусто в названии
