глючит админка modx

Добрый день подскажите пожалуйста почему при работе с адм.панелью постоянно появляется сообщение вида Unexpected token <:
Resource Limit Exceeded
The website is temporarily unable to service your request as it exceeded resource limit. Please try again later.?
в консоле браузера в разделе вот такие строки

Связано ли это со спекцификой работы хостинга или дело в настройках modx?
