Minishop VAT?

Hi.
How would I go about adding VAT (or other tax) on the products?
Also, is it possible to specify that some items (or categories) should be taxed while others are not?

We have no VAT in russia, so MS2 not work with it out from the box.

But you can add custom field (or TV) and write custom cart\order class for any functionality.

        I've got a few products on the site — around 30. What would be the easiest way to increase the price of everything by 14%?
